Danville Girls Soccer Booster Club
Meeting Minutes


Members Present: Mike Heimbach, Terry Jones, Greg Shultz, Bob Chillis
Present via teleconference: none

Old Business:
A. Gun Raffle specifics and distribution plan reviewed
---Gun Vendor selected to be with ~$5000 to be placed toward purchase of 15 guns.
---Gift cards will supplement 15 remaining prizes with 7 gift cards valued at $300 and 8 gift cards valued at $100. Gift cards will be purchased through outdoor sporting goods stores such as Cabela’s, Gander Mountain, and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Motion to proceed with proposed specifics by Mike Heimbach
Seconded by Terry Jones
B. Terry Jones to proceed with ticket printing for distribution by June 26,2014.

New Business:
A. Proposal to institute rewards for ticket sales.
---Top 3 sellers to receive cash prizes for most tickets sold of $150, $100, and $50 for 1st through 3rd place respectively.
---All girls who sell their first allotment of tickets will receive a $5 Rita’s gift card.

D. Presentation of Three day Summer Soccer camp tentatively to occur August 4-6, 2014 by Nick Hoover (Susquehanna U. Girls Soccer Coach).
Cost would be ~$30/ girl payable through booster club funds. Commitment would be ~2hours/ evening for the girls.

Seconded by Bob Chillis
